On Wednesday, 7 December 2018, the opening ceremony of the 9th annual conference of cert centers of Islamic countries and the 4th conference (APA 4) was held in Shiraz, hosted by Maher and APA Center of Shiraz University.

This ceremony was started by the speech of Mr. Jahangard, the Honorable Vice President of Technology and Innovation of the Ministry of Communications, Badr al-Saleh, the President of CERT of Islamic Countries (OIC-CERT) and Dr. Sajjadi, the Honorable Vice President of Security of the Information Technology Organization of Iran, as the host of the OIC-CERT meeting and The chairman of the conference continues.
